Access to Apps

Description

Before you have access to an application, you need to request access from NovoAccess.
Each permission group is listed under each application guide. It need to be your admin account that is mapped to the application.

Map Secondary Account

1. Open NovoAccess

2. Expand “Manage Access” and click “Map Secondary Accounts”
   

3. Search for application “GITO-PI-Automation_AD” and click “Next”
   

4. Choose your admin account, click “Next” and click “Link Account”
   

Request Access to Application

1. Open NovoAccess

2. Search for automation name for in “Automation Overview” (eg “CORP-PSU_New-VM”). Each access group is listed in the application guide for that automation job.

3. Click on wanted access & submit request
